What's included in the ad spend?
Ad spend is billed separately and goes directly to the platform (Meta, TikTok, Google). Our fee covers the management and strategy, not the media buy itself.
Can I leave if I'm not happy?
Yes. Every retainer has a 30-day exit clause. Give notice and we settle within 30 days. No penalties, no disputes.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to a Nigerian account. Invoiced at the start of each month. The pilot is a single one-time payment before work begins.
What reports do I receive?
Starter gets one monthly report. Growth gets a weekly dashboard showing leads, conversions, and ad performance. Scale gets bi-weekly strategy calls plus a full monthly revenue attribution report.
